Our expertise covers the entire process of energy recovery, from combustion to thermoelectical conversion, to flue gas cleaning system. Each system is the result of careful engineering, tailored to the customer’s needs and the goal of achieving maximum efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Furnaces

We design furnaces that combine efficiency and flexibility, following rigorous technical criteria and a three-phase approach to ensure optimal performance tailored to every need.

Boilers

We design high-efficiency boilers for steam, superheated water, and thermal oil, optimized for operating with municipal solid waste and highly chemically aggressive flue gases. Reliability, durability, and high performance up to 500°C and 80 bar.

Thermal Cycles

We design and install custom thermal cycles for waste-to-energy, biomass, and power plants, optimizing heat recovery with fluids such as steam, thermal oil, or organic fluids, depending on specific needs.

Process Control

The regulation and control of the combustion process play a significant role, ensuring the efficiency of operations, the right answer of the plant face to periodical or instant variations in the characteristics of materials employed as fuel, and the compliance to regulations over emission limits.

Flue Gas Cleaning

We design advanced fume purification systems that comply with the strictest industrial regulations. Our solutions reduce polluting emissions while optimizing investment and operating costs.
