In this preliminary phase, we analyze the technical and economic feasibility of various solutions, balancing innovation, performance, and sustainability. Conceptual studies are ideal for projects that require a technological breakthrough or the adaptation of existing technologies to new contexts.

  • Preliminary layout and mass/energy balances;
  • Initial estimates of costs, emissions, and system requirements;
  • Identification of the information or tests needed to proceed.

In this intermediate phase, we develop the engineering to a sufficient level to more accurately estimate installation costs and provide concrete elements for evaluating the investment. This is the key step in deciding whether, how, and when to proceed, supporting the business plan and the permitting process.

This is the heart of the technical design: a comprehensive and detailed package that forms the starting point for detailed engineering. It includes all the fundamental process documents, as well as preliminary input for the civil, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.

The final step in the design process, detailed engineering comprehensively develops every aspect of the project. Based on the basic engineering package, this phase provides all the documentation needed to build, install, and start up the plant with precision and reliability.
