AMSA SpA, owner of the waste to energy plant SILLA 2 in Milan, revealed a decrease in the delivery of power. W.T.E. has been commissioned to develop a performance analysis of the thermal cycle basing on main running parameters and variables such as insertion in urban distict heating nework, quantity/quality of MSW, the temperature of superheated steam.

The period examined started from October 2001 and ended up in January 2002.
